Caro is a collection of handcrafted ceramic objects by Argentinian artist Carolina Cortella.

Her modern, abstract pieces draw influence from the forms and textures of nature and architecture, reflecting a deeply personal exploration of design and material. With a background in film directing, Carolina brings a cinematic perspective to her work, using photography to study structures, landscapes, and the interplay of light and space. These visual explorations shape her ceramics, where experimentation and intuition guide the transformation of clay into striking, sculptural forms.

Carolina’s artistic journey spans continents, from her upbringing in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires to a decade immersed in Los Angeles’ creative energy, and now to the tranquil coastal town of Mill Valley in the Bay Area, where she lives and works.
